Mallorca Challenge 2025 : The Guide

When it comes to starting the cycling year with style, few events can rival the Mallorca Challenge. Taking place from January 29 to February 2, 2025, this unique series of races on the stunning Spanish island combines breathtaking landscapes and competitive races.

With five individual one-day races, riders get to choose which days to compete, making it as much a tactical playground as a test of early-season form. Oh, and guess what ? Many CyLimit partner teams will be there, ready to kick off their campaigns in Mallorca’s sun-drenched roads.

A Race for Everyone

Each day of the Mallorca Challenge is like a cycling buffet—offering a little something for every type of rider. Here’s what you can expect :

  1. Trofeo Calvià (January 29)
    This race dives straight into action with rolling hills and punchy climbs. Ideal for riders who love attacking the ups and downs.

  1. Trofeo Ses Salines (January 30)
    The fast and flat course makes it a sprinter’s paradise. With some of the quickest legs in the peloton, expect a thrilling dash to the line.

  1. Trofeo Serra de Tramuntana (January 31)
    Known as the queen stage, this one’s all about the mountains. Climbers will battle it out on Mallorca’s famous peaks, including roads through the picturesque Serra de Tramuntana. A litlle bit less difficult this year, some could benefit from it !

  1. Trofeo Andratx-Pollença (February 1)
    A versatile route filled with climbs and technical descents. The winner here needs to be both clever and strong—watch out for opportunists making their move.

  1. Trofeo Palma (February 2)
    The final day turns into a sprinter’s showdown in the streets of Palma.

The CyLimit Teams in Action
