Surnomm\u00e9e \"La Primavera\", cette course l\u00e9gendaire est un rendez-vous incontournable pour les amateurs de cyclisme. Longue, incertaine, souvent spectaculaire, elle peut \u00eatre remport\u00e9e par des sprinters, des puncheurs ou encore des attaquants audacieux. Pr\u00e9parez-vous, car Milan-San Remo 2025 s'annonce comme une course inoubliable !<\/p><h3>Un monument pas comme les autres<\/h3><p>Milan-San Remo a une longueur de pr\u00e8s de 300 kilom\u00e8tres, ce qui en fait un \u00e9v\u00e9nement de grande envergure. <strong>La plus longue course d'un jour du calendrier.<\/strong> Cependant, il ne faut pas s'attendre \u00e0 une action de haute intensit\u00e9 d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part. Pendant environ 250 kilom\u00e8tres, le peloton roule \u00e0 un rythme contr\u00f4l\u00e9, les \u00e9quipes g\u00e8rent les premi\u00e8res \u00e9chapp\u00e9es et les coureurs conservent leur \u00e9nergie. Mais tout change lorsque la course atteint la c\u00f4te ligure.<\/p><p>Le <em>Capi<\/em>, une s\u00e9rie de courtes mont\u00e9es, commence \u00e0 secouer la course. Puis vient la Cipressa, o\u00f9 les premi\u00e8res attaques s\u00e9rieuses peuvent se produire. Mais la v\u00e9ritable cl\u00e9 est le <strong>Poggio di San Remo<\/strong>, la derni\u00e8re mont\u00e9e de la journ\u00e9e. Situ\u00e9e \u00e0 seulement 6 kilom\u00e8tres de l'arriv\u00e9e, elle est souvent le moment d\u00e9cisif de la course.
